We offer special discounts under our CEP policy. The CEP policy covers military personnel, senior citizens (over 64 years of age), natural disasters, bereavement, young adults (between 16 and 25 years of age), the terminally ill, and people with disabilities.

All future airline refunds/credits are subject to each airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees will be converted to your local currency on the checkout page.   • Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. They are only available if our travel providers’ fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and if we have accepted your refund request, if you have not shown up (most no-show bookings are not eligible for any supplier exemptions for processing refunds), and if we can obtain exemptions from the suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
  • Airline refunds/future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Special Services: All services mentioned are offered ONLY upon request and are subject to each airline’s review and approval process, along with their rules, policies, and fare procedures. Incorrect Name: The passenger’s name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government identification. Visa/Passport: A visa/passport refusal letter is typically required to process a request. Baggage: Please retain all baggage receipts and tags. No-Show: Documentation will be required explaining why you were unable to attend your scheduled departure. Denied Boarding: Documentation will be required explaining why you were denied boarding for your scheduled departure. Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets, reflecting the exact same itineraries booked with us, will be required to process a refund request.
